Work out availability, scheduling and budgets with caterers, florists, photographers, musicians,   and other vendors-including comprehensive timeline and complete follow up
Help organize and maintain your budget 
Schedule appointments and tasting with vendors 
Consult on creative aspects of event-including color scheme and theme 
Supervise the wedding ceremony and set up of the reception 
Co-ordinate and personally conduct the rehearsal 
Organize and direct wedding processional and recessional
Set up schedule with photographer for formal portraits and wedding day coverage
Oversee vendors to ensure all arrangements are taken care of 
Manage reception details, ensuring a smooth-running, and enjoyable event 
Offer unlimited advice and consultation by phone or email 
This includes 8 hours of personal service on site on your wedding day
